Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

The work was done on happy day it was scheduled and completed diligently. I estimate included a 3 year maintenance contract and 10 year warranty for parts. This was not included in the other estimates we received. We now have a brand new air conditioner with some new duct work and are very pleased. Another company Davis and outrageous estimate for $7000 more and the company we chose said they could not possibly come up with enough whistles Bells and gadgets to arrive at an estimate so much higher."

Gary came the very next day and installed my new system, and he checked that it was working properly. Both technicians were very professional, courteous and efficient. I decided to get a second opinion and called Enoch. I believe the gentleman that came out was named Noah (?sorry). He immediately saw that the problem was a faulty fuse in the breaker box. He fixed it very quickly, explained what he had done and was on his way.
